At Saint Benedict School, we strive to teach students the truths and values of the Catholic faith rooted in Benedictine spirituality and the practical applications of learning. A pillar of Christianity and the curriculum is loving of Christ and neighbor. St. Benedict also emphasizes prayer, stability, and conversatio, as well as obedience, discipline, humility, stewardship, hospitality, and community in their teachings. . Through Saint Benedict, students come out to be well-rounded individuals who rely on our savior Jesus Christ to be their compass through life. Saint Benedict uses the Benedictine Hallmarks to help guide students. Read more about how they will help our students become pillars of society, here.

Congratulations to Lynn (Farabaugh) Weber, who is honoring her roots in Catholic education as the new CEO of Bishop Carroll Catholic High School in Ebensburg. She credits the foundation she built at Saint Benedict School with helping to shape her career success.

"I fondly remember my teachers and wouldn't be where I am today without the strong foundation of education and faith that I received as a student at Saint Benedict School," she said. "I truly believe in the benefit of Catholic education and the strong morals it provides."

We greatly appreciate the participation and generosity of golfers and sponsors during the Saint Benedict Bearcats Golf Tournament in June. The fundraiser helped raise critical support for our school’s facilities and activities. Find many more pictures from the tournament on our Facebook page, and stay tuned to www.benedictpride.org for details of more upcoming events.
