Students Collect 400+ Cans of Soup for Saint Vincent de Paul Society

As the NFL season was wrapping up and the Super Bowl was approaching, students had their own competition, cleverly called the “Souper Bowl,” to see who could collect the most cans of soup to be donated to Saint Vincent de Paul Society.

This year’s Souper Bowl Champion was Ms. Gloria’s pre-kindergarten class. Her students collected an impressive 127 cans, while the total school donation was over 400 cans.

How Grandparents, Parishioners, & Community Members Can Make a Difference

As we enter the second half of the school year, we want to remind you of the importance of giving to our annual fund.

Our annual fund isn’t just an opportunity for parents to give—it’s a chance for grandparents, other family members, parishioners, and community members to support opportunities for Saint Benedict students and invest in their future.

On January 27, nine seventh and eighth grade students traveled to the March for Life in Washington, DC with Saint Benedict parish. All students were invited and encouraged to attend, and many from other grades went on the trip with their families.

The March was an opportunity for students to have a voice and fight for a cause they believe in.
